Write one angle per persona instead of one ad for everyone
An ad that tries to speak to the 24-year-old and the 48-year-old at once speaks convincingly to neither. Pick a persona, write the whole 30 seconds as if they are the only person watching, and let a second ad handle the second persona. Accounts that split a single generic creative into three persona-specific ones usually find that one of the three carries most of the volume — information you never get from the blended version.
