Claude Brand-Voice Prompt Sheet for Ads: Voice, Claims, QA
A Claude system-prompt sheet for ad copy: brand-voice fields, calibration examples, claim-safe rewrites, script generation and a compliance pass with pass/fail codes.
Claude is strongest when the brand voice is a spec, not a vibe. This sheet is the system block, calibration pairs, claim fences and QA codes we paste so ad copy stays in-voice without drifting into unsubstantiated claims or a new personality each chat.
Voice is a constraint set, not 'write like our brand'
If you tell Claude it is 'friendly, premium and bold,' you will get a different dialect every session. Voice that survives a 20-ad week is a table: words we say, words we never say, sentence length, POV, humour ceiling, how we handle price, how we handle proof, and three calibration pairs (bad line → in-voice rewrite). Paste that table in the project instructions once. New ads are user messages with a SKU pack, not a new personality prompt. If a freelancer cannot tell your ads from a competitor after the system block is applied, the block is incomplete — add a forbidden-phrase row and another calibration pair from a real misfire, not another adjective.
Compliance is a second pass, not a vibe in the same prompt
A single prompt that says 'stay on brand and legal' will trade one for the other. Generate in-voice first, then run the compliance pass that only scores claims, personal attributes, guarantee match and synthetic-identity lines. Claude should refuse to invent a study, a doctor, a refund policy or a customer quote. If the substantiation file is empty, the rewrite must drop the result and keep the mechanism. Health, finance and before/after remain a human gate — a green model pass is not counsel and is not Ads Manager clearance. Keep the banned-claim list in the project so it cannot be forgotten in a long thread.
Where this sits in production
Use Claude to lock lines and voice; use a renderer to make the file. Do not ask Claude to 'act as a video model.' Feed it the beat map (hook / proof / demo / CTA), get labelled fields back, then generate 9:16 from those fields. Klip Kanvas can take the beat list and a product URL; Claude's job is the voice-safe script and the claim audit. If you skip the audit and paste first-draft warmth into an avatar, you will scale a line you cannot substantiate. One project per brand, one SKU pack per job, one compliance pass per batch.
How to use the tables below
Load the system block and at least three calibration pairs into a Claude Project so they cannot drift between chats. For each ad, paste the SKU pack and the generate-script prompt; do not add a new personality paragraph. Run the compliance pass on the output before anyone renders, and freeze an angle if PA or UNSUB fires on a six-file grid. Locked rows are fields, fences and codes — copy them into the project instructions. Do not summarise them into 'be careful with claims.' Health, finance and kids still need a human. A green model pass is not Ads Manager clearance and is not legal advice. One project per brand, one SKU pack per job.
5 lookup tables inside: brand-voice system fields, calibration pairs (bad line → in-voice rewrite), generate-script prompt and schema, claim/personal-attribute fences, and compliance QA codes with pass/fail rewrites.
